Discussion and possible action to ratify the purchase of televised commercial advertisement from FOX Laredo for the FOX National Football League (NFL) Sunday Football Television advertising in Laredo by the Webb County District Attorney’s Office, for the “Make the Right Call” campaign. The campaign discourages drinking and driving in Webb County. The FOX advertisement package commercial ads commence August 2024 and follow the entire season through the end of February 2025, at a total cost of Forty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($42,800.00) for Two Hundred Fifty Two (252) ads. The Webb County District Attorney’s Office will be featured in the advertisement and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents, and any other matters thereto. There is no financial impact on the general fund.
