Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2024-011 "Employee Assistance Program Service Agreement" to the highest ranking respondent, Deer Oaks Services, LLC, to provide employee assistance services for all Webb County Employees and their dependents, and anyone residing in their household for the requested services.  The initial term of the service agreement will be effective October 1, 2024, and terminate on September 30, 2025, with an additional four (4) – one (1) year options to extend, in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; §262.030 (Alternative Proposal Procedures for Certain Goods and Services) and authorizing the General Counsel to negotiate the terms and conditions of the service agreement and any other matters incident thereto.
