Discussion and possible action to approve that Webb County participate in and contribute to the City of Laredo Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) #1, and develop and enter into a mutual agreement to establish funding level, term and Webb County Board membership representation, and any other pertinent matters, pursuant to Texas Tax Code, Chapter 311, Tax Increment Financing Act, beginning and effective the 2025 tax year.
