Discussion and possible action to modify the Job Title, adjust pay, and filling of the following grant-funded Slot, subject to the availability of payroll grant funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines, effective October 15, 2024:
Issue: The previous approved item included level I and level II counseling positions for the Drug Court. Both Counselors will have the same requirements, duties and responsibilities.
Solution: Amend the title to state Drug Court Counselor I and adjust salary to reflect $65,000.
Result: Changes to the job title and pay will allow us to fill the position and provide adequate treatment services to the program without further interruption.
