Discussion and possible action to authorize the submission of the 2024-25 Federal Application 5339-D-2025-WEBB CO-00024 Public Transit Grant by the Webb County Community Action Agency to the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT DOLLARS ($289,568.00) and designating the Webb County Judge as authorized official in all matters pertaining to this grant; and any other matters incident thereto. All required documentation has been submitted to the Economic Development Department for review and was found to be compliant with the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) policy.
