Discussion and action to accept the FY 2025 grant award payment of $4,520.00 from the Texas Indigent Defense Commission to off-set the salary of the Weekend Indigent Defense Coordinator. This is the final payment of a multi-year grant from the Texas Indigent Defense Commission. Webb County must take consideration to absorb the entire $22,602.00 estimated salary for this position for the 2025-2026 budget year.
