Discussion and possible action to ratify a credit card charge in the amount of $1,915.00 for the payment of RD-990 RD Pre-approved Documents from the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee utilizing the Webb County credit card; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The Rio Bravo Street Improvement Project requires specific vetted documents for the procurement process using alternates will delay the project.
Solution: Consideration to authorize the ratification and approve the exception to the rule of using the County credit card for only airfare related expenditures.
Result: Using the approved EJCDC documents will ensure expediency and approval of the bidding documents from USDA-RD.
