Discussion and possible action to amend the Courts approval of the architectural services agreement with PDG, LLC. d.b.a. Heckenkemper Golf Course Design for the redesign of the portion of the Casa Blanca Golf Course that is to be taken by TXDOT as part of the expansion of Loop 20 in the amount of Three Hundred And Six Thousand Eight Hundred And Thirty Six Dollars ($306,836.00) and Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($48,900.00) for Supplemental Services (Surveying) and increasing the cost to SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND AND THIRTY DOLLAR ($670,030.00) and adding additional services including but not limited to a master plan redesign of the cart barn, parking entrance and club house and any matters incident thereto; with additional transfer of funds from Account #1001-1130-001-432001 to Fund #7100 and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Account #1001-1130-001-432001 (Professional Services and Account #7100-6080-001-47000-205 (Capital Outlay)]

Court had previously agreed to agreement but addtional sevices were added to the agreement.
