Discussion and possible action to ratify a 12 month (September 30, 2024 – September 29, 2025) software agreement for the software and maintenance of the Drug Court Case Management Software Program (“DCCM”) for the Veterans Treatment Program for the fixed one-time fee of Seven Thousand three hundred and fifty Dollars ($7,350.00) and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Software provides tracking of services and documents all case management and compliance of each participant in the program.
 
Solution: Authorize the payment for the software utilized to track grant requirements.
 
Result: By obtaining the services of the (DCCM) satisfies key component of grant requirements.
