Discussion and possible action to award a one (1) year renewal contract to AirMedCare (AirEvac) ancillary benefit, for air ambulance services. All ancillary products are 100% paid by the employees. The renewal premium for AirMedCare ancillary benefit will be offered at a monthly cost of $5.00 (Five dollars) per month for the performance period of Jan 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025; and authorize the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The current contract with AirMedCare for air ambulance services has a monthly premium of $5.00, therefore, we are requesting a (1) one-year extension to keep the $5.00 monthly premium.

Solution: Request approval from the Commissioners Court for a one (1) year extension of the AirMedCare contract to maintain uninterrupted coverages.

Result: Approve the one (1) year extension of the AirMedCare contract to ensure continued access to ancillary air ambulance services.
