Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) to the Constable Pct. 4 State forfeiture fund by increasing the expenditure budget by $5,065.00; said amount is available from seized funds pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Section 111.07075 (Special Budget for Revenue Received after Start of Fiscal Year). [Requested by Rolando San Miguel, Constable Pct. 4; Fund # 2201-3170-352100 (State Forfeiture)]
Issue: Funds will be used to pay fringe benefits for 2024-2025 OCDETF Agreement.
Solution: Submit a budget to the Governing Body that clearly lists and defines the categories of expenditures.
Result: The department can utilize the new proceeds for the official use of this office.
