Discussion and possible action to enter into a Barrier Netting Agreement for the Casa Blanca Golf Course Driving Range with TR Facility Services, LLC pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Chapter 271, Subchapter F, “Cooperative Purchasing Program”, Texas Local Government Code (Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) Cooperative) in the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT DOLLARS THIRTY-FOUR CENTS ($183,458.34) to erect a barrier netting to the Driving Range to protect patrons and the general public, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any matters incident thereto. Issue: Webb County to erect a netting barrier to the Casa Blanca Golf Course range to protect patrons and the general public.
 
Solution: Enter into an agreement with TR Facility Services, LLC whose services will include the construction and erection of a netting barrier for the Casa Blanca Golf Course Driving Range.
 
Result: Webb County will be able to protect patrons and the general public from errant golf balls being hit off the Casa Blanca Driving Range.
