Discussion and possible action to enter into a Professional Services Agreement between Webb County (for its Head Start/Early Head Start Program) and 1. Alejandra Alcaraz, LPC and 2. Curious Counselor, PLLC as awarded in RFQ-2025-003 to provide mental health consulting, training, classroom observations, and related mental health assistance services to the Head Start children, families, and staff for a term of thirty-six (36) months (December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2027) with a month-to-month holdover provision at costs set forth in the fee schedule within the Agreements for each provider, subject to annual budgetary appropriations, and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
