Discussion and possible action to authorize the transfer of one (1) Glock 45 – 9mm handgun (Controlled Asset # 48979 / Serial #BVWW556) from the Webb County Constable’s Pct. 4 Office to the Justice of the Peace, Pct. 4 Office and any other mattes incident thereto. Issue: Justice of the Peace Office, Pct. 4 is requesting the transfer of the county issued weapon currently assigned to the Webb County Constable Pct. 4 Office. The weapon will be assigned to a certified peace officer under Slot #4095 under the direction of the JP Pct. 4 Office.
Solution: Consideration to authorize the transfer of controlled asset for operational use at the Webb County Justice of the Peace Office, Pct. 4.
Result: If approved, transfer will take place immediately and County controlled asset records will be adjusted by the Webb County Purchasing Agent.
