Discussion and possible action to approve the renewal of the West Complete Legal Handbook Subscription, for five (5) years (August 1, 2025, through July 31, 2030) between Webb County and Thomson Reuters, for the Webb County Public Defender's Office, for legal reference material, in the amount of $285.38 per month for year one, $296.80 per month for year two, $308.67 per month for year three, $321.01 per month for year four, and $333.85 per month for year five, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
