Discussion with possible action to clarify and correct court action taken on January 27, 2025 for item number 26 as it pertains to Special Events Security for 1848 Event Center (Fairgrounds) to reflect $27.00 per hour for an overtime rate ("Time and a half”) for employees working 1.5 times their regular hourly rate for overtime hours worked; therefore a rate of $40.50 per hour; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Clarify and correct court action taken on January 27, 2025 for item number 26 as it pertains to Special Events Security for 1848 Event Center.

Solution: Correct hourly rate for Special Events Security. 

Result: Correction will allow 1848 Event Center to function effectively and efficiently.
