Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) 2025-005 “Webb County Sheriff’s Office – Parking Garage Renovations” project to the highest ranking offeror for the renovations to approximately 75,000 square feet of parking garage traffic coating at the Webb County Sheriff’s Office building located at 1002 Farragut Street and to further authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the formal solicitation of competitive sealed proposals for the improvements to the new Sheriff’s Office building parking garage.  Six (6) qualified proposals meeting all the requirements were submitted to the evaluation committee for scoring.
 
Solution: Consideration to award to the best value proposal presented by the Purchasing Agent and as recommended by the Evaluation committee. 
 
Result: If approved, General Counsel will prepare the construction contract for execution by the County Judge as directed by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
