Discussion and possible action to authorize the Webb County Community Action Agency (CAA) to enter into a vendor agreement with the Retail Energy providers (listed below) for the implementation of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP). These vendor agreements are a Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) requirement for the implementation of the programs, authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
