Discussion and possible action to enter into a five year (April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2030) Professional Services Agreement with Dr John N. Enriquez, M.D. for the provision of Mental Health Services to jail detainees at the monthly fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) with the annual amount not to exceed of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) per year; total amount over the five-year period being Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) subject to annual budgetary appropriations, authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any matters incident thereto. Issue: Jail Detainees may be in need of mental services in order to ensure said jail detainees are able to safely remain incarcerated in the jail.
 
Solution: Contract with Dr. John N. Enriquez, M.D., who will provide mental health services to jail detainees.
 
Result: Jail detainees will be able to receive mental health services in order to safely remain incarcerated at the jail.

Physician will provide mental health services to those jail detainees in need of such services.
