Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No. 3 with AOC Calton, Ltd. d/b/a Summit Building & Design for the installation and purchase of a chain link fence around the septic tank for $14,709.77 as permit requirement by the City of Laredo, and further authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. This amendment will have no impact to the general fund. All required documents were sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the solicitation is compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures.
