Discussion and possible action to authorize an exception to the Fiscal and Budgetary Policy and ratify, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) within the General fund.

Issue: The main TV of the courtroom well is meeting its displays lifespan and needs replacement. It is a daily used piece of Audio/Video equipment for the Courts hybrid conference hearings. The line item for materials and supplies is near depletion due to the updating of the court coordinators desktops at the beginning of the fiscal year.  

Solution: Approve line item transfers.

Result: The court will have the monies allocated in the line items to complete payment.
