Discussion and possible action to instruct the Webb County Auditors office to release the payment of $11,800.00 to Angel Care for EMS services provided from February 28, 2025 to March 1, 2025, and to request County Administrators and Civil Legal Division to negotiate a contract with Angel Care for future EMS services at the county fairgrounds; and any other matters incident thereto.
