Background:
The purpose of this replat is to bring into compliance an improper subdivision that created multiple tracts out of the originally platted Tract 72, Unit V, Penitas West Subdivision. This replat will only rectify the 0.8024-acre lot belonging to the property owner. The property owner is not the original subdivider.
