Discussion and possible action to award Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2025-012 “Non-Potable Water Well Installation at Webb County Road & Bridge Los Botines Lot” to the lowest responsible bidder; Bull's Eye Services, LLC, for an amount not to exceed $200,437.00 and to further authorize General Counsel to prepare a construction contract for the awarded sum pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, Sub-Chapter C. Issue: Webb County authorized the Purchasing Agent to secure formal competitive bids to design, permit, drill, construct, equip, and commission a non-potable water supply well at the Webb County Road & Bridge Los Botines Lot.  
 
Solution: Consideration to award to the lowest responsible bidder; Bull's Eye Services, LLC.  A total of two (2) sealed bids were received by the advertised deadline.
 
Result: If approved, General Counsel will prepare a construction contract for the awarded sum for final execution by the County Judge subject to submission of required bonds and insurance documentation.
