Discussion and possible action to accept the purchase of televised football commercial advertisement from Grey Television Group, Inc./Grey Media Group, Inc., in the amount of Forty One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Five Dollars ($41,285.00) for KYLX, NGNS, OGNS, KGNS, Football/NCAA games in Laredo by the Webb County District Attorney’s Office, for the “Make the Right Call” campaign. The campaign discourages drinking and driving in Webb County. The agreements consist of commercials to commence September, 2025 and run through the end of the football season as follows: KYLX NFL Football Package in the amount of Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Dollars ($11,910.00), NGNS Football advertisement package commercial ads at a total cost of Eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($8,175.00), the OGNS NFL advertisement package at a total cost of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).The KGNS NFL advertisement package at a total cost of Twenty thousand seven hundred Dollars ($20,700.00).The Webb County District Attorney’s Office will be featured in the advertisement and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents, and any other matters thereto. There is no financial impact on the general fund. [Account #2162-2260-001-457006 (Law Enforcement – Other)]
