Issue: The Children’s Advocacy Center of Dallas updated their registration process and no longer accept purchase orders or checks.
Solution: To authorize the use and make an exception to the rule of using the County credit card for only airfare related expenditures.
Result: Registrations will be secured and we will be able to book hotel rooms
