Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, a budget amendment to the Sheriff’s Office Forfeiture Funds by increasing the expenditure budget by $20,237.50; said amount is available from seized funds pursuant to U.S. Department of Justice equitable sharing agreement; and any other matters incident thereto.
