Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-004 “Webb County Clerk Record Management Software - 3 Year Contract" to the highest ranking firm for an initial term of three (3) years and one (1) option to extend for two (2) years subject to approval by the Webb County Commissioners Court pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, §262.030 (Alternative Proposal Procedures for Certain Goods and Services) and any other matters incident thereto.



Issue: On May 12, 2025, Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to advertise an RFP for the requested services by the Webb County Clerk.  

Solution: Consideration to award to accept the rankings and award to the highest ranking respondent.  Six (6) sealed proposals were received by the advertised deadline. 

Result: If approved, General Counsel will negotiate the terms, conditions and related fees and prepare the service agreement for final approval by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
