Discussion and possible action to enter into a medical services agreement with Nuestra Salud Health Clinic, P.C. for a Three (3) year period (October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2028) for services to be provided for the Webb County Employee Health Clinic at a cost of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) a year to be paid at monthly rate of Ten Thousand Four Hundred Sixteen Dollars and Sixty-seven Cents ($10,416.67) for in-person and telehealth services; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #6100-1090-001-462000-005 (Wellness Expenses)]

Issue: Current agreement expires on September 30, 2025 and a new agreement is needed to be able to continue services through the Employee Clinic

Solution: Commissioners Court approval of this agreement will allow the current provider to continue providing medical care services to employees and their eligible dependents.

Result: The approval of this contract will allow employees and eligible dependents to continue receiving medical services through this provider with no out-of-pocket costs.

Nuestra Salud Health Clinic has provided medical care services thru the Employee Clinic since February 2021.
