Discussion and possible action to authorize an exception to Webb County Personnel Policy and approve the transfer of employee earned accruals from Slots #825 and #2552, currently under the HIDTA grant, to county slots #492 and #2918.
Issue: The Laredo PD HIDTA Task Force grant will not be renewed and the CBA officers in the grant slots have accrued leave that requires payout of the accruals from county funds.
Solution: Approve the transfer of accruals for these CBA members to their new respective slots #492 and #2918.
Result: Transfer of accruals for CBA members in grant slots #825 and #2552 to Webb County Full Time Employee slots #492 and #2918.
