Issue: At its February 10, 2025 meeting, the Webb County Commissioners Court authorized the advertisement for Request for Proposals for Third Party Liability TPA services to administer Webb County’s Workers Compensation and Liability (General, Employee Benefits, Automobile, Public Officers, Employment Practices, and Law Enforcement) claims.
Solution: At its September 8, 2025 meeting, the Webb County Commissioners Court awarded Third Party Liability Services TPA services regarding the administration of Webb County’s Workers Compensation and Liability Claims to TRISTAR Claims Management Services, Inc.
