Background:
Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose is to re-plat Lot 7, Block 7, Pueblo Nuevo Subdivision into three lots in compliance with the provisions of Local Government Code, Chapter 232, Subchapter B and Webb County’s Model Subdivision Regulations.
All water and wastewater improvements have been completed and are in place.
Water and wastewater services will be provided by the City of Laredo Utilities Department.
