Background:
Item is a regulatory compliance matter with development provisions of state and local laws/regulations. The purpose is to plat 600.84 acres, more or less, into 14 commercial tracts located off US Highway 83 North. All proposed public improvements will be provided and maintained by the Legacy Municipal Management District. Proposed construction plans have been reviewed and approved.
