Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Webb Consolidated Independent School District (WCISD) and Webb County regarding reunification efforts during emergency evacuations at certain Webb County community centers in coordination with the WCISD Police Department and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents. [No Impact on General Fund]

Issue: Mirando City, TX and Bruni, TX require reunification centers in their communities where families can meet during disasters. 

Solution: Enter into an MOU allowing WCISD so that its police department may coordinate with the County Judge for use of Webb County's EJ Salinas Community Center and Bruni Community Center as reunification sites during disasters.

Result: The Webb CISD Police Department will be able to designate Webb County community centers as reunification sites when developing their Standard Response Protocol and the communities of Mirando City, Texas and Bruni, Texas will have more options for reunification in times of disaster.
