Discussion and possible action to ratify collection of fees as per Sec. 111.07075, Special Budget for Revenue Received after start of Fiscal year, effective October 1, 2025 and in accordance with Senate Bill 1333 which was passed on June 20, 2025, by the 89^th Legislature for service and removal of persons unlawfully occupying a dwelling when a verified complaint is submitted by a property owner and to remain on the premises upon request of owner for an hourly fee to keep the peace. Fees to be collected: $200 per complaint, $40 per hour for requested presence after service of notice to vacate.

Issue: SB1333 allows for collection of fees by the County Sheriff and Constables associated with its execution.
 
Solution: Allow for collection of fees as outlined by SB1333, specifically a complaint fee and a reasonable hourly rate to remain on property at the request of the requestor to keep the peace.
 
Result: Successful implementation of SB1333 allowing for a streamlined process of removing persons unlawfully occupying dwellings in Webb County.
