Discussion and possible action to ratify a professional services agreement from (September 30, 2025 - September 29, 2026) between Webb County for the benefit of the Veterans Treatment Program and Christina Lee Garza for Telehealth services associated with Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment counseling funded by SAMHSA Grant No. 1H79TI087234-02 in the amount of Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($3,875.00) per month for a total cost not to exceed Forty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($46,500.00) for 12 months of service; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Telehealth Treatment Services for the Veterans Treatment Court requires authorization by the Commissioners Court.

Solution: Approval of the Contractual Services will allow the Treatment Provider to provide telehealth services for all eligible participants on active duty as required by SAMHSA Funding Agency.

Result: The Veterans Treatment Program will be able to continue to provide services and operate fully as a treatment program.
