Solution: Approve an exemption to increase the maximum part-time hourly rate from $15.00 to $22.22 per hour specifically to hire qualified Peace Officers.

Result: Approval of this exemption will allow all Webb County Constable offices to offer a more competitive wage, increasting the applicant pool and enabling the hiring of qualified part-time Peace Officers to meet workload demands.
