Discussion and possible action to approve a professional services agreement (September 30, 2025 September 29, 2026) between Webb County Veterans Treatment Program and Cordant Forensic Solutions for drug testing services at costs that are outlined and defined per service as set forth in the agreement funded by SAMHSA Grant No. 1H79TI087234-02 for 12 months of service; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #2350-1020-001-432001]
 
Issue: Drug testing services for the Veterans Treatment Court requires authorization by the Commissioners Court.

Solution: Approval of the Contractual Services will allow the program to drug test participants as required by SAMHSA Funding Agency.

Result: The Veterans Treatment Program will be able to continue to provide services and operate fully as a treatment program.
