Discussion and possible action to approve Work Authorization #1 for Surveying Services with Top Site Civil Group, LLC in the amount of THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($3,900.00) for the preparation of boundary surveys for the following properties which will be rehabilitated/reconstructed under the Community Action Agency Self Help Center Program: (1) 616 Morales, El Cenizo, Texas, (2) 3509 Reyes, El Cenizo, Texas, (3) 512 Rio Hudson, Rio Bravo, Texas, (4) 1531 Margarita Lane, Rio Bravo, Texas, and (5) 1207 Paseo de Tiber, Rio Bravo, Texas, and as required by Title 10 Texas Administrative Code, §20.10 and Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs State Grant Number CSH-23-0520, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any matters incident thereto. Issue: At the November 11, 2025 commissioners court meeting, the Court approved the following properties: 1) 616 Morales, El Cenizo, Texas, (2) 3509 Reyes, El Cenizo, Texas, (3) 512 Rio Hudson, Rio Bravo, Texas, (4) 1531 Margarita Lane, Rio Bravo, Texas, and (5) 1207 Paseo de Tiber, Rio Bravo, Texas to receive rehabilitation assistance; however, under the Texas Administrative Code, these properties will need to be surveyed before they can receive rehabilitation/reconstruction services.
 
Solution: Enter into Work Authorization #1 with Top Site Civil Group, LLC to do Category "A" surveys (boundary surveys) of the affected properties pursuant to the Texas Administrative Code in order for these properties to be rehabilitated/reconstructed.

Surveys need to be performed on selected properties before said properties can be rehabilitated/reconstructed pursuant to a Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Grant and purusuatn to the Texas Administrative Code.
