Discussion and possible action to accept a declaration of public purpose pursuant to Tex. Const. Art. 3 Sec. 52 for the purchase of Totes, Water Bottles, Lip moisturizers, Twist Chill Fans, Tally Books for the benefit of the children of Webb County and Community of Pct. 2; and any other matters incident thereto.
 
Issue: The Commissioner Pct. 2 Department requests authorization to purchase Totes, Water Bottles, Lip moisturizers, Twist Chill Fans, Tally Books for school events that is necessary for the benefit of the children of Webb County and community of Pct. 2.

Solution: Authorization by Commissioners Court is necessary to approve said purchase.
 
Result: Authorizing the purchase of these items will better serve the children of Webb County and community of Pct. 2.
