Discussion and possible action to enter into an addendum to the Software License Agreement between Webb County for the Webb County Public Health Services and Indigent Healthcare Solutions to incorporate additional software licenses into the Original Agreement for the performance period of April 1, 2021 to May 31, 2026, at a cost of Eight Hundred Thirty Four Dollars ($834.00), subject to commissioners court annual budget appropriations and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-5040-001-443000-110 (Repairs and Maintenance Software)]

Issue: The Public Health Services Department has had an increase in staff who require the use of the Indigent Healthcare Solutions software. An additional two software users are being requested to assist with daily operations. 

Solution: Approval by the Commissioners Court to add two additional software licenses.

Result: An increase in the number of software users will allow the department to work more efficiently.

The original agreement with Indigent Healthcare Solutions was approved on May 10, 2021. An addendum to add additional users was approved on December 9, 2024.
