Discussion and possible action to approve a professional services agreement (September 30, 2025, through September 29, 2026) between Webb County for the Veterans Treatment Program and Recovery Monitoring Solutions for services associated with the monitoring devices at costs that are outlined and defined per service as set forth in the agreement. There is no impact on the county budget; and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
