Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty-Six Month (October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028) Lease Agreement between REMJ, L.L.C. d/b/a Patriot Fire and Security (“Lessor”) and Webb County (“Lessee”) for the provision of Alarm (Fire/Security) Monitoring, Inspections and Maintenance of the following Webb County Facilities (owned or leased) at an annual fee of Fifty-One Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($51,150.00) for a total cost of One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($153,450.00) over the term of the Agreement, subject to annual budget appropriations, and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any matters incident thereto. Issue: Webb County authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit Request for Proposals (RFP) for continued services for alarm monitoring, annual inspections and periodic maintenance on devices/equipment used to secure Webb County Facilities.
 
Solution: At its meeting of October 14, 2025, the Commissioners Court awarded RFP 2025-010 “Alarm Monitoring, Inspections and Maintenance Services-3 Year Contract” to Patriot Fire and Security.

Webb County buildings require continued services for alarm monitoring, annual inspections and periodic maintenance on devices/equipment used to secure county-owned or leased properties.
