Discussion and possible action to authorize an exception to budget policy and approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) within the General fund:
Issue: Additional funding is required to install fiber optic cable at the Fesco Building to enable internet service at the shop office.
Solution: Transfer funds as requested above.
Result: Internet service will allow the shop staff to proceed with their daily administrative duties.
