Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $7,000.00 to Royal Contractors, Inc. for the Webb County 1848 Event Center VIP Parking Lot Fence Project; and authorize the County Judge sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Once the island was constructed, the railing system for the gate to open and close property was not functioning well with the existing surface, the concrete slab will increase the stability of the vehicles and fence.
Solution: Concrete slab is needed for a smoother entrance to the parking lot.
Result: Approval of agenda item. Smoother transition surface into the gated parking lot area.
