Discussion and possible action to approve a Master Open-End Vehicle Lease Agreement (MLA) between Webb County and Commercial Vehicle Leasing, LLC., d/b/a D&M Leasing for the leasing of County vehicles on an as-needed basis and subject to annual budget appropriations and to further authorize the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Account #1001-1130-001-469001-005 (General Fund-General Operating Exp-Administration-Operating Lease-Principal) No financial impact at this time] 

Issue: On November 10th, Webb County Commissioners Court approved to award RFP No. 2026-001 "Vehicle Leasing and Fleet Management Solutions" to D&M Leasing. 

Solution: Consideration to authorize the execution of the MLA between Webb County and Commercial Vehicle Leasing, LLC., d/b/a D&M Leasing.  

Result: If approved, MLA will be executed.  Staff will proceed to work with D&M Leasing for the evaluation of County-owned and/or leased fleet as directed by the Webb County Commissioners Court.
