Discussion and possible action to approve a reimbursement resolution to allow Webb County to reimburse the General Fund for expenditures related to projects; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: The County intends to reimburse the expenditures hereunder after the date theoriginal expenditure is paid or the date the project is placed in service.

Solution: This resolution shall evidence the intent of the County to comply with state law and federalincome tax law in the issuance of tax-exempt obligations for the project.

Result: Approving resolution will allow Webb County to comply with State and Federal income taxlaws.
