Discussion and possible action to designate Friday, December 26, 2025 as part of the Christmas holiday and allow county employees to celebrate Christmas holiday uninterrupted; and any other matters incident thereto.
Issue: December 25th falls on a Thursday and County employees would report back to work for only one day before the weekend/interrupting the Christmas holiday.
Solution: Designate December 26, 2025 as a part of the Christmas holiday.
Result: County employees will have a full five days to be with their families and celebrate the Christmas season without interruption enhancing employee morale.
