Discussion and possible action to authorize an exception to the Fiscal and Budgetary policy and approve a salary adjustment Slot #4141 as follows; and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Meals on Wheels Elderly Nutrition Program]

Issue: The affected employee previously earned $11.91 per hour while in a part-time position within the same pay grade. Upon conversion to full-time status, the pay rate decreased to $11.45. The requested incremental adjustment would maintain pay consistency in accordance with Webb County compensation guidelines.
 
Solution: Approve salary adjustment equal to the increase allotted to all other Meals on Wheels/Elderly Nutrition Program drivers.
 
Result: Upon approval, the employee assigned to Slot # 4141 will return to earning the same hourly rate of $11.91 that was in effect as a part-timer employee and, thereby, restoring pay consistency within the applicable pay grade.
