Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to secure competitive bids for the resurfacing of approximately 7,800 square feet of LVT flooring for the Webb County Sheriff's Administrative Building pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code; Sub-Chapter C. Issue: Uneven floors that need to be leveled out.
Solution: Consideration to authorize the advertisement of this project for the requested improvements. County Engineering will provide the specifications required and oversight until completion.
Result: If approved, the Purchasing Agent will initiate the advertisement of this project as per the Texas Local Government Code requirements as per estimated project cost provided by the County Engineering Department.
